Betty Rose

Betty J. Rose, age 81 years, of Hillsboro, passed away on Sunday, November 15, 2009 at her residence at Kindred Hearts in Hillsboro, Wisconsin.

She was born on August 3, 1928 to John and Josephine (Vangrief) Folts at Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  Betty was united to Clayton Lyle Rose, from Valley, Wisconsin, on May 10, 1947 in Milwaukee.  Clayton and Betty lived in Florida when he passed away on January 21, 2000.  Betty then moved to Hillsboro where she has made her home the last several years.

Survivors include two sons, Richard (Sherry) Rose of Lantana, Florida and Eldon (Deborah) Rose of Kendall; four grandchildren, Angie, Laurie, Lynn, and Erica; Great-Grandchildren; and two sisters, Alberta of Florida and Helen of Milwaukee.  In addition to her husband, Clayton, she was preceded in death by her Parents; two sons, James Eldon and Jeffrey Lynn; and seven Brothers and Sisters.

A time of remembrance visitation will be held on Friday, November 20, 2009 at the Picha Funeral Home from 5 to 7 p.m., with a Memorial Service following at 7:00 p.m. with Rev. Roger Miller officiating.
