Julia M. Rosol, age 97 years, of the Yuba and Hillsboro area, passed away on Monday, September 28, 2009 at the Vernon Manor in Viroqua, Wisconsin. She was born on April 6, 1912 to Frank and Frances (Briskey) Levy at Yuba. Julia was united in marriage to Lloyd G. Rosol on May 8, 1945 at the St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church in Yuba. Together they farmed at Chicken Hollow near Yuba for many years. Following retirement they also lived at Hillsboro. He preceded her in death on June 9, 2007. Survivors include a son, David (Sharon) Rosol of Mount Horeb; a daughter, Jane (Ken) Deckert of Scales Mound, IL; seven grandchildren, Melissa, Sara, Alycia, Aaron, Andrea, Amara, and Alex; four great-grandchildren, Janessa, Emmany, Blake, and Isabella; and three sisters, Elsie McWilliams of Madison, Evelyn Peterson of Madison, and Ramona Lingevitch of Wood Dale, IL. In addition to her husband, Lloyd, she was preceded in death by her Parents and a grandson, Adam. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, October 2, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at the St. Aloysius Catholic Church in Hillsboro. Burial will be in the Czechs National Cemetery near Yuba.
