Lydia
Kay Everson, infant daughter of Russell and Julie Everson of Holmen, passed away
on Monday, November 23, 2009 at St. Marys Hospital in Rochester, Minnesota,
surrounded by her loving family.
Lydia was born on October 23,
2009 in LaCrosse, Wisconsin. While only in our lives for a short time, she
touched so many other lives. Her fight and her strength amazed so many.
She will be missed by all who
knew and loved her, including her parents, Russell and Julie (Tompkins) Everson
of Holmen; grandparents, Dean Tompkins of Kendall, Rhonda (David) Roalkvam of
Elroy, and Robert (Judean) Everson of Bangor; great grandmother, Verna Amundson
of Westby; aunts and uncles, Brenda (Mike) Lichuki of Holmen, Sarah (Rod)
Keyeski of Sun Prairie, Arne (Katie) Everson of West Salem, and Rachel (Jeremy)
Fink of Holmen; many cousins, great aunts and uncles, and family dog, Riley.
Funeral Services will be held
on Saturday, November 28, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. at the Grace Lutheran Church in
Elroy, with Rev. Wesley Dunbar officiating. Burial will be at the Fish Creek
Cemetery at Rockland, Wisconsin. Friends may call for a time of visitation at
the Picha Funeral Home in Elroy on Friday from 5 to 7 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, the
family will accept memorials which will be designated in Lydias memory.
