Pauline
M. Clark, age 89 years, of Kendall, passed away on Tuesday, May 26, 2009 at her
residence in Kendall, Wisconsin.
She was born on November 25, 1919 to Eugene
and Anna (Stenerson) Burdick in Johnnycake Valley near Ontario, Wisconsin.
Pauline was united in marriage on October 18, 1935 to Thomas J. Clark in
Wonewoc. He preceded her in death on October 3, 1997.
Pauline was a devoted wife, mother and
homemaker all her life and a faithful member of the Grace Lutheran Church in
Elroy. At Grace Lutheran, she worked at the meals and quilting programs for
many years and was a member of the Esther Circle.
Survivors include three sons and one
daughter: Nevada Bob (Louella) Clark of Harrison, Arkansas and their children,
Robert (Michelle) Clark, Jeffrey (Marcy) Clark, and Lori Eden; Paul (Nora) Clark
of Elroy and their children, Cindy Olson, April Bucklew, Chet Clark (Jessie
Spurgeon), Richard (Barbara) Hollis, Kurt (Melinda) Hollis, and Sherry Coldren;
David (Michelle) Clark of Kendall and their sons, Keith and Hunter Clark;
Phyllis (Henry) Betthauser of Tomah and their son, Mark (Julie) Betthauser;
three brothers, Ballard (Beatrice) Burdick, Leroy Burdick, and Adolph (Rose)
Burdick, all of Elroy; one sister, Cynthia Butler of Kendall; many
Great-Grandchildren, Step Great-Grandchildren, Great-Great-Grandchildren, Step
Great-Great-Grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In addition to her husband, Thomas, she was
preceded in death by her Parents, four brothers, Clifford, Floyd, Melvin, and an
infant, Palmer; and several sisters-in law and brothers-in-law.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday,
June 1, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at the Grace Lutheran Church in Elroy, with Rev.
Wesley Dunbar officiating. Burial will be in the Millards Prairie Cemetery,
rural Elroy. Friends may call at the Picha Funeral Home in Elroy on Sunday from
2 to 4 p.m. and at the Church on Monday from 12 noon until the time of
services.
