Ronald 'Rat' Montgomery

Ronald E. “Rat” Montgomery, age 58 years, of Hillsboro, Wisconsin, passed away at his residence, August 20, 2009.

He was born on November 12, 1950 to Alvin and Flora (Fish) Montgomery at Morganfield, Kentucky.  Rat has lived most of his life in the Hillsboro area.  He was a truck driver for 26 years.  Rat enjoyed his many friends, both in the Hillsboro area and the many people he came across while trucking.  Also he enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson Motorcycle and truly loved his young granddaughter, Jade.

Survivors include his son, Eric (Sammy) Montgomery and granddaughter, Jade of Newton, Iowa and two sisters, Linda (Dan) Resac and Diane (Greg) Lehn, both of Hillsboro.  He was preceded in death by his Parents, an infant Brother and an infant Sister.
