Todd
L. Hodge, age 49 years, of the Elroy/Kendall area, passed away on Saturday,
October 8, 2011 at the Serenity House in Tomah, Wisconsin.
He was born on March 31, 1962 to Orville and Patricia (Kelly) Rumpee at Stoughton, Wisconsin. He grew to adulthood in the Gurnee, Illinois area and graduated from the Warren Township High School in 1980. Todd moved to the Kendall area and later moved to Elroy, working as a bartender at the Midway in Kendall and Kazs in Elroy, he also worked at the pallet factory in Tomah. Todd was a loving father and could often be found spending time with family and friends. He was a fan of most sports and enjoyed playing golf and bowling and was an avid Chicago Bears fan.
Survivors include his sons, Brandon Hodge (Nicole Erickson) of Hillsboro and Joseph (Shawna) Hodge of Elroy; stepson, Jason Butterfield of Elroy; three grandchildren, Jadyn, Jenna, and Janessa; mother, Patricia Kelly of Minnesota; Aunt Mary Hodge, who also raised Todd; step mother, Marilyn Rumpee of Kendall; sisters, Lori Torunsky, Kelly BeLow, Kim Hodge, Lisa Strait, Brenda Fisher, and Judy Leroy; brother, Orville Rumpee; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Orville Rumpee.
A visitation time for a gathering of relatives and friends will be held on Saturday, October 15, 2011 from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Picha Funeral Home in Elroy.
