Bernice was a great friend of Erna Wildes.
They were neighbors for many years.
I had the privilege of visiting with Bernice a few years ago at her home in Hillsboro.
Bernice shared many fond memories of the farm and my mother.
All of Bernice's children and Grandchildren are blessed to have had such a wonderful loving Mother and Grandmother. God's kingdom in Heaven is now her home.

There are no words to heal the pain of your family's loss of such a great woman. I heard it said that the value of life is measured in terms of how much of it is given away. She always gave of herself above and beyond. I will cherish the many memories of her, but the one I love most was at your old house in Union Center, with the old piano on the back porch and her playing "I walk through the garden alone". Her faith was abundant and now she walks through the garden, but not alone....
Know we are thinking of you and praying for you all.
