Betty L (Garrity) Jensen

Betty L. Jensen, age 87 years, of Reedsburg, Wisconsin, passed away on Saturday, November 18, 2023 at the Reedsburg Area Senior Life Center.

She was born on June 10, 1936 to John and Eva (Boldon) Garrity at Trippville, Wisconsin.

Betty was united in marriage to Marvin Jensen on April 10, 1953 in Mauston.

During her life, she worked as a CNA and dairy farmed with her husband, Marvin in Elroy and later in Hillsboro.  She enjoyed going to bingo, cooking, baking and having her family get together for big Christmas dinners.  She loved family and laughter and is surely having a great time visiting with all who have gone before her.

Survivors include her husband, Marvin; children, Audrey Jensen (Paul Keyes), Gary (Sue) Jensen, Wanda Walter, Laurie (John) Frawley and Rick (Kristi) Jensen; nine Grandchildren and many Great and Great Great Grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her Parents and siblings; brothers, Bill, Sylvester, Willard, Kenny and Manny and sisters, Laura, Irene and Ida.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, November 21, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at the Picha Funeral Home in Elroy.  Burial will be in the Elroy City Cemetery in Elroy.  A time of visitation will be on Tuesday from 10 to 11 a.m.
