Owen D Hansen

Owen D. Hansen, age 17 years, of rural Hillsboro, Wisconsin, passed away at home on Tuesday, August 15, 2023 following a year battle with cancer.

He was born on March 28, 2006 to Ronnie and Cassandra (Koch) Hansen in Hillsboro.  Owen was always busy on the farm, helping with his father and brothers.  In December of 2021, Owen gave his life to the Lord Jesus Christ.

Survivors include his parents, Ron and Cassie Hansen; siblings, Eric (Dara) Hansen, Alex (Rosann) Hansen, Elizabeth (David) Bagwell, Allison (Holden) Miller, Andrew (Mikayla) Hansen, Abigail (Stephen) Bagwell, Elaine Hansen, Ezra Hansen and Uriah Hansen and maternal grandparents, Tina Koch and Harold (Barbara) Koch.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Amos Hansen and paternal grandparents, Asgar and Erma Hansen.

A time of visitation will be held on Saturday, August 19, 2023 from 2 to 6 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Gospel Light Christian Fellowship – 22212 Main Street, Yuba, WI and Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, August 20, 2023 at 9:30 a.m. at the Hillsboro Firemen’s Memorial Park – E18075 State Hwys. 33 – 82, Hillsboro, WI.

Burial will be in the Debello Cemetery, rural Hillsboro, WI.
