Richard L Fronk

Richard L. Fronk, age 92 years, of Hillsboro, Wisconsin, passed away on Sunday, November 5, 2023 at Elroy Health Services in Elroy.

He was born on July 19, 1931 to Wencil and Victoria (Wopat) Fronk at Hillsboro.

Richard farmed along with his family in the Town of Greenwood for many years.  He also became a skilled welder and an avid hunter.  He loved family and local history along with old farm tractors.  Richard was a very good brother to his siblings.

He was an active member of St. Aloysius Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus and following retirement also helped with custodial care at the Church.

Richard was preceded in death by his parents, Wencil and Victoria Fronk; sisters, Martha Fronk and Helen (Richard) Fanta and brother, Bernard Fronk.

Survivors include his sister-in-law, Mary Fronk and he was a beloved uncle to many nieces and nephews and their families.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, November 10, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at the St. Aloysius Catholic Church in Hillsboro, with Father Don Bauer officiating.  Burial will be in the Wopat Bohemian Brotherhood Cemetery at White City. 

A time of visitation will be at the St. Aloysius Catholic Church on Friday from 10 to 11 a.m. with a Rosary at 9:45 a.m.
