Sylvia P Sandor Sylvia P. Sandor, 92, of Elroy, passed away Friday, November 19, 2021 peacefully at Serenity House in Tomah. She was born June 2, 1929 in to Anton and Emily (Bogacz) Kobelinski in Milwaukee. Sylvia was joined in marriage to Paul Sandor Jr. in Milwaukee on August 7, 1948. She worked several jobs while in Milwaukee to support the war effort while her husband was overseas. After being blessed with their precious daughter she became a devoted stay at home mother. In 1974 she moved to Oshkosh with her husband and young daughter. After her husband's passing she enjoyed the gift of family, residing in Elroy with her daughter and family. Sylvia and her husband enjoyed their time on the water, boating and fishing. She loved to dance, and play Bingo, and cheer on the Packers. She cherished most the time she got to spend with her grandchildren and great-grandchild. Sylvia was always eager to pitch in at canning time and helping to prepare meals. Sylvia is survived by her daughter, Sherry (George Bender) Jones, two grandchildren, Wrangler Jones and Rainelle Jones, and her great-grandchild, Kinsley Knock. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Paul, a brother, Richard Kobelinski, and a sister, Dolores Mlodzik. At Sylvia's request no services will be held. The Picha Funeral Home in Elroy is assisting the family. Thank you for the love and support of family; and the wonderful caring at Serenity House during Mom's last days.
