Obituary
Thomas D. Subera, age 65 years, of Hillsboro, Wisconsin, passed away on Thursday, June 8, 2023 at Gundersen Lutheran Medical Center in La Crosse.
He was born on June 6, 1958 to Rudolph and Ardith (Marshall) Subera in Hillsboro. Tom graduated from the Hillsboro High School.
For many years the family lived in the Town of Hillsboro where Tom helped on the farm. Later the family moved into Hillsboro and Tom worked for 26 years at VARC in Viroqua.
Tom also enjoyed traveling and could often be found around the area with his brother, dining at local restaurants and enjoying conversation.
Survivors include his brothers, James (Irene) Subera and Arnold Subera; sister, Lois Johnson and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his Parents; brother, Dennis Subera and brother-in-law, Jerald Johnson.
Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, June 13, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at the Picha Funeral Home in Hillsboro. Burial will be in the Mount Vernon Cemetery in Hillsboro. Visitation will be at the Picha Funeral Home on Tuesday from 9 to 11 a.m.
